We strongly recommend against using borders on large format products. All substrates vary slightly from batch to batch, making exact cuts very difficult. Even small cutting tolerances can make a border appear off-center or uneven. If you absolutely must have a border, make it at least 2 inches thick to minimize the visual impact of any cutting variation. However, we cannot reprint orders where borders appear with varying widths due to normal cutting tolerances. Instead of borders, consider using a full-bleed background color for a clean, professional edge.
