We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), checks, and bank transfers. For large orders, we can arrange purchase orders for established business accounts. Payment is typically required before production begins.
Yes! We offer tiered pricing based on quantity — the more you order, the lower the per-unit cost. For large volume orders or recurring projects, we can provide custom pricing. Contact us for a volume discount quote tailored to your needs.
We can provide samples of paper stocks, finishes, and previously printed materials to help you make informed decisions. For custom samples matching your exact specifications, a small sample run fee may apply, which is credited toward your full order.
Minimum order quantities vary by product. Business cards start at 250, postcards at 500, and brochures at 100. For custom projects, we can accommodate smaller runs through our digital printing capabilities. Contact us for specific minimums on your project.

We offer offset printing, digital printing, large format printing, and specialty printing. Our product range includes business cards, postcards, brochures, flyers, letterhead, envelopes, NCR forms, presentation folders, door hangers, banners, signs, and more. We also handle custom projects with unique requirements.
We offer a wide range of paper stocks including 14pt, 16pt, and 18pt cardstock, 70lb and 80lb text weight, 80lb and 100lb cover weight, linen, and specialty stocks. Finish options include gloss, matte, soft-touch, spot UV coating, foil stamping, embossing, and die-cutting.
Offset printing uses plates and is ideal for large runs (1,000+) — it offers the best color consistency and per-unit cost at high volumes. Digital printing uses toner or inkjet and is perfect for short runs, variable data printing, and quick turnaround. We'll recommend the best option based on your project's quantity, timeline, and budget.
Yes! We offer PMS (Pantone Matching System) color matching for offset printing to ensure your brand colors are reproduced accurately. For digital printing, we calibrate our presses to match Pantone colors as closely as possible. Provide your PMS numbers when submitting your files.
Absolutely. We can die-cut virtually any shape and print on custom sizes. Whether you need rounded corners on business cards, custom-shaped door hangers, or uniquely sized postcards, we can accommodate your design. Custom dies may require a one-time setup fee.

EDDM is a USPS service that lets you send mail to every address in selected postal routes without needing a mailing list. It's ideal for local businesses wanting to reach entire neighborhoods. You choose the routes, and USPS delivers to every door — residential, business, or both. Postage starts at just $0.2078 per piece.
We provide consumer and business mailing lists filtered by demographics like age, income, homeowner status, location, and interests. For businesses, you can filter by industry, company size, revenue, and job title. Lists are sourced from verified databases and are updated regularly for accuracy.
USPS Informed Delivery sends email previews of incoming mail to subscribers. We can create interactive digital campaigns that pair with your physical mailpiece — when recipients see your mail preview in their email, they can click through to your website, creating a powerful print + digital touchpoint.
We offer campaign tracking through unique URLs, QR codes, dedicated phone numbers, and promo codes that let you measure response rates. For Informed Delivery campaigns, you also get digital engagement metrics. We can help set up tracking before your campaign launches.
EDDM mailpieces must be larger than a standard letter: minimum 6.125" x 11.5" or 4.25" x 6". Common sizes include 6.5" x 9", 8.5" x 11", and 6.5" x 12". All EDDM pieces must be flat (not folded in an envelope) and weigh no more than 3.3 ounces.

Design & Files
Questions about file preparation, design services, and artwork
We accept print-ready PDF files (preferred), Adobe InDesign (.indd), Illustrator (.ai), Photoshop (.psd), and high-resolution JPEG or TIFF files. All files should be in CMYK color mode at 300 DPI resolution with 0.125" bleed on all sides. We also accept Microsoft Word and PowerPoint for basic projects.
Yes! Our in-house design team can create everything from business cards and brochures to complete brand identity packages. Design services include logo design, layout design, photo editing, and print-ready file preparation. Visit our Graphic Design Services page for more details.
Bleed is the extra 0.125" (1/8 inch) of artwork that extends beyond the trim line on all sides. It ensures that when your piece is cut to size, there are no white edges — the color or image extends all the way to the edge. Without bleed, you may see thin white lines along the edges of your printed piece.
We provide digital proofs (PDF) for every order at no extra cost. You'll review the proof for content accuracy, color representation, and layout before we begin printing. For color-critical projects, we can also provide hard copy proofs or press checks for an additional fee.
You can upload files directly through our website's file upload page, email them to [email protected] (files under 25MB), or use file sharing services like Dropbox or Google Drive for larger files. For the best results, include all fonts, linked images, and a PDF proof with your native files.
No problem! Our design team can work with whatever you have — even a rough sketch or concept description. We offer affordable design services to turn your ideas into professional, print-ready artwork. We'll provide proofs for your approval before printing.
Turnaround & Shipping
Questions about production times, shipping, and delivery
Standard turnaround is 5-7 business days from proof approval for most products. Business cards and simple projects can be completed in 3-5 business days. Large format items and complex projects may take 7-10 business days. Rush services are available for faster delivery.
Yes! We offer rush production for most products. Rush turnaround is typically 1-3 business days depending on the product and quantity. Same-day printing is available for select products like business cards and flyers when files are received by 10 AM. Rush fees may apply.
Yes, we ship across the entire United States via UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Local delivery is available in the Houston metro area. Shipping costs depend on package weight, dimensions, and delivery speed. We can also ship to multiple locations for distributed orders.
Absolutely! Free local pickup is available at our Houston production facility at 8019 W. Grand Pkwy S., Suite #1060., Richmond, TX 77407. We'll notify you by email or phone when your order is ready. Our hours are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
All orders are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. We use sturdy boxes, corner protectors, shrink wrapping, and appropriate cushioning. Large format items are shipped in tubes or flat mailers. For fragile or specialty items, we use custom packaging solutions.
