1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Catdi Printing website or utilizing our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients of Catdi Printing.

2. Ordering and Proofing

Clients are responsible for the accuracy of their orders. We strongly recommend reviewing all digital proofs carefully. Once a proof is approved, Catdi Printing is not responsible for errors in spelling, grammar, images, or layout that were present in the approved proof.

• Color Matching: While we strive for accuracy, please note that screen colors (RGB) differ from printed colors (CMYK). We cannot guarantee a 100% match to what you see on your monitor.
• File Quality: Low-resolution images may result in pixelated prints. We recommend at least 300 DPI for all artwork.

3. Payment Terms

Full payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods. Orders are subject to sales tax where applicable.

4. Production and Turnaround

Turnaround times are estimates and start after proof approval and payment. While we make every effort to meet deadlines, Catdi Printing is not liable for delays caused by equipment failure, shipping carriers, or acts of nature.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship nationwide using various carriers. Risk of loss passes to the client upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by the shipping provider.

6. Returns and Reprints

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. If a product is defective or does not match the approved proof due to a manufacturing error, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt to request a reprint.

7. Intellectual Property

Clients represent that they own the rights to or have permission to use all artwork provided for printing. Catdi Printing reserves the right to refuse orders that infringe on intellectual property rights or contain offensive material.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Catdi Printing's liability exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
