For contour cut orders, submit two separate files: your regular artwork file and a cut mask file. The cut mask must be an all-vector PDF file. Important rules: - We cannot accept cut files made in raster programs like Photoshop - Keep your cut line slightly inside the border of the image to avoid visible background edges - Do not use small or thin cut areas — maintain at least 0.5 inches between cut lines - Your contour cut line must be a smooth, fully closed path with no disconnected lines - Only one cut per order is allowed - Any imperfections in your cut line will show in the final piece
