At Catdi Printing, we recommend saving your artwork as a PDF file for the best results. PDF files preserve your fonts, colors, and layout exactly as you designed them.
We also accept the following file types: JPG, JPEG, TIF, TIFF, and EPS.
For PDF files, please make sure all fonts are embedded or converted to outlines, and flatten your layers before uploading. This prevents font substitution issues and ensures your file prints exactly as intended.
For roll labels and other specialty products, we recommend vector files (EPS or PDF) for the sharpest output, 300 DPI resolution or higher, and 100% black (K only) for fine lines and text smaller than 9pt.
