Corrugated plastic (coroplast) is the unsung workhorse of Houston signage. It's lightweight enough that a single person can carry a 4x8 foot sign, durable enough to survive months of sun and weather, and affordable enough to produce in quantity. Construction sites, real estate agents, nonprofits, and event organizers across Houston rely on coroplast for signage that's simultaneously affordable and professional. We print full-color graphics on 4mm coroplast with UV-stable inks, add mounting hardware, and deliver signage that looks legitimate — not cheap.
Corrugated plastic (coroplast) is a twin-wall polypropylene sheet with hollow internal flutes — similar in concept to corrugated cardboard, but waterproof and UV-resistant. We offer two thicknesses: 4mm (standard, rated for 6–12 months of continuous outdoor display) and 10mm (heavy-duty, rated for 12–18 months with significantly greater rigidity for larger formats). Flutes run in one direction — choose vertical flutes for taller signs that need stiffness along their height, or horizontal flutes for standard H-stake yard installation. The standard size is 24x18 inches (fits standard H-stakes), with custom sizes up to 48x96 inches. All signs are printed with UV-stable full-color inks. Grommets, H-stakes, or custom mounting hardware can be added.
Cost per unit drops significantly with quantity. Houston nonprofits, political campaigns, and real estate agents deploy hundreds of coroplast signs affordably.
Unlike cardboard, coroplast resists rain, humidity, and UV. 3-6 months of outdoor exposure is typical before visible degradation, making it ideal for seasonal campaigns.
A 4x8 foot coroplast sign weighs only a few pounds. Easy to transport, store, and install without heavy equipment.
Full-color printing and finishing make coroplast signage look legitimate and professional despite its budget-friendly price point.
Houston agents deploy coroplast yard signs across neighborhoods for sale announcements and directional signage during peak market seasons.
Developers and contractors use coroplast for site identification signs, safety messaging, and project announcements.
Political committees use coroplast signs for candidate promotion and voter outreach across Harris County during election seasons.
Houston nonprofits and event organizers use coroplast for volunteer coordination, fundraising announcements, and event promotion.
New Houston retail locations use coroplast signage for opening announcements and temporary directional signage.
Neighborhood associations, HOAs, and community groups use coroplast for informational signage and event promotion.

4mm coroplast is rated for 6–12 months of continuous outdoor exposure. For longer campaigns, upgrade to 10mm — rated for 12–18 months with significantly greater rigidity. Both resist rain and UV, but direct sun eventually yellows the material past its rated lifespan.
