All teardrop flags are produced on premium 3oz polyester fabric using superior dye sublimation equipment. This process embeds ink directly into the polyester fibers, producing vibrant, photographic-quality colors that won't crack, peel, or fade like vinyl printing. The result is a lightweight, durable flag ideal for both indoor and outdoor use.

Single-sided (4/0) prints your design on one side with a mirror image showing through on the reverse. You can choose no sleeve (art goes to the edge of the pole) or add a black sleeve for extra durability. Double-sided (4/4) consists of two 3oz polyester layers sewn together with a block-out material in the middle to prevent transparency. This allows a unique image on each side. All double-sided flags come with a black sleeve as standard.

The black sleeve is a reinforced fabric channel that runs along the pole side of the flag. It increases durability by protecting the flag edge from wear caused by contact with the pole. For single-sided flags, the black sleeve is optional (at additional cost). For double-sided flags, the black sleeve is always included as standard because the added weight of two layers and the block-out liner requires the extra reinforcement.

Teardrop flags use a curved aluminum or fiberglass frame that holds the flag fabric in a fixed teardrop shape. Unlike feather flags that rely on wind for movement and shape, teardrop flags maintain their distinctive rounded silhouette at all times — whether indoors with no air movement or outdoors on a calm day. This makes your branding consistently visible and readable.

Teardrop flags are available in four heights: Small (7ft), Medium (10ft), Large (13ft), and Extra Large (16ft). Heights include the flag and pole combined. Custom dimensions may be available — contact us for details on non-standard sizes.

We offer multiple hardware options: indoor cross bases for hard floors, outdoor ground stakes for soft ground (grass, dirt), water-fill bases for paved surfaces, and wall mounts for building-mounted displays. Hardware is sold separately so you can select exactly what your installation requires. Carrying cases are also available for transport.

Absolutely. Teardrop flags are extremely popular at trade shows, retail stores, showrooms, lobbies, and event venues. Their ability to hold shape without wind makes them particularly effective indoors. Indoor cross-base stands keep them stable on hard floors. Many customers choose teardrop flags specifically for indoor applications where feather flags would hang limp.

With proper care, teardrop flags last 1–3 years of regular use. The dye sublimation printing ensures colors stay vibrant throughout the flag's life. Outdoor flags exposed to harsh weather or sustained UV may need earlier replacement. Flags can be folded, stored flat, and reassembled multiple times without damage to the print or frame.

Yes — all teardrop flags can be folded, stored flat, and reassembled with ease. The 3oz polyester is wrinkle-resistant and the dye sublimation print won't crack or peel from folding. The frame disassembles into sections for compact storage. We recommend storing flags dry and out of direct sunlight when not in use.

Flag pole direction determines which side of the teardrop shape the pole channel is located — left or right. This matters when you want the flag to face a specific direction relative to foot traffic or a storefront entrance. Choose left or right based on your installation orientation.
